Trucker Huss, the largest employee benefits law firm on the west coast, is pleased to announce that the firm continues to grow and expand its services to clients in California and throughout the country.

J. Marc Fosse has been elected a shareholder of the firm. Marc focuses on tax, securities, corporate and accounting issues related to executive and equity compensation arrangements.

T. Katuri Kaye and Angel L. Garrett have been promoted to be Special Counsel of the firm.

Katuri focuses primarily on qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and plans of tax-exempt entities and public schools and universities, including 403(b) and 457 plans.

Angel represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers in ERISA class action and single plaintiff lawsuits nationwide and has a broad range of expertise in employee benefit and fiduciary breach matters.

Dylan D. Rudolph has joined the firm in the San Francisco office as an associate. Dylan’s practice is focused on employee benefits and ERISA litigation, including cases involving benefits claims, breach of fiduciary duty, multiemployer plans, claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability and health insurance plans, and plan administration.
