Jenna is a paralegal focused on all aspects of employee benefits and ERISA. She works closely with the attorneys in the areas of retirement plans and ERISA litigation. 

Jenna provides assistance in connection with aspects of qualified plan voluntary compliance, including the IRS Voluntary Compliance Program and the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Correction Program. She supports clients in processing participant claims and appeals, including building and maintaining effective administrative records. Jenna routinely works to fulfill document requests in accordance with ERISA and Department of Labor guidelines.

Jenna joined the Trucker Huss team in 2023 after almost ten years working in multiemployer defined benefit plan administration and benefit appeals for the largest Taft-Hartley trust in the United States. In 2021, Jenna also completed her master’s degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations with a focus on employment law from Penn State University.
