Lorraine Wong concentrates her practice in the area of employee benefits, with a focus on retirement and health and welfare plans.
She works with both single and multiemployer plans and routinely assists sponsors with plan design, drafting, and administrative implementation. Lorraine also provides counsel on a variety of employee benefits issues, including fiduciary responsibility, Internal Revenue Code compliance, ERISA’s claims and appeals process, and other federal and state laws applicable to single and multiemployer pension and health and welfare plans.
During law school, Lorraine served as an Articles Editor for the University of California Davis Law Review, Volume 58 and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. In recognition of her oral advocacy skills, Lorraine represented the King Hall Negotiations Team and won third place at the 2025 American Bar Association Regional Client Counseling Competition. Lorraine also received the Reynoso Academic Excellence Award for the highest-class grade in Legal Research and Writing II, and the Reynoso Academic Achievement Award for the second highest-class grade in Criminal Law.
