Barbara has over 30 years of experience as an employee benefits attorney. Her practice currently focuses on design and compliance issues related to pension, 401(k), health and welfare, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. She is well acquainted with complexities generated by legacy pension plans and with technical issues involved in administering VEBA Trusts and cafeteria plans.
