Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that Directors Nick White and Joe Faucher will present at the ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries) Annual Conference on October 21-24, 2018 in National Harbor, Maryland.
Nick will co-present during the workshops “A Primer on Department of Labor Investigations” to provide attendees with what they need to know about DOL Investigations and “The Fiduciary Interview”during which participants will be provided with an opportunity to observe and participate in a mock DOL interview of a plan fiduciary.
Joe will lead the workshop “Retirement Plan Litigation Trends” which will focus on the latest developments and emerging issues in litigation affecting retirement plans.

Nick White focuses his practice on ERISA consulting, particularly with respect to tax-qualified plans. His practice includes, but is not limited to, negotiating the resolution of plan defects, prohibited transactions and fiduciary breaches under the IRS’ and Department of Labor’s remedial programs; advising and defending fiduciaries regarding their obligations and liabilities; and structuring qualified plan and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. Nick also advises clients regarding the employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Joe Faucher has been litigating ERISA matters and other employee benefit related cases for nearly 30 years. His litigation experience runs the gamut, and includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability benefit plans, and health and life insurance plans.
