Joe Faucher and Dylan Rudolph Present for NCEO ESOP Webinar

Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Joseph Faucher and Dylan Rudolph presented a National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) webinar titled“Collateral Payments in ESOP Transactions” on October 6, 2020.

The webinar examined collateral payments in ESOP transactions, and addressed recent cases advanced by plaintiffs’ attorneys focusing on transactions in which company stock is sold to third-party buyers and challenging the propriety of collateral payments (such as retention bonuses and non-compete payments) to officers and directors of the ESOP-owned company.

NCEO is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting the employee ownership community. Their mission is to help employee ownership thrive.

Joe Faucher has been litigating ERISA matters and other employee benefit related cases for nearly 30 years. His ERISA litigation experience includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, defending ESOP fiduciaries, and representing plans and administrators in claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability insurance plans, health insurance plans and life insurance plans.

Dylan Rudolph is a member of the firm’s nationally-recognized litigation practice group, which is ranked in the first tier by US News and World Reports Best Lawyers. He represents plan sponsors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in a wide range of employee benefit cases, including 401(k) class action litigation, claims for medical and pension benefits, ESOP disputes, and cases involving executive compensation.
