Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Craig Hoffman will present “MEPs and PEPs” at the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Winter Virtual Conference 2019 on December 5. Craig will discuss how MEPs and PEPs operate, the new regulations from the IRS and DOL as well as the Pooled Plan Provider (PPP) provisions included in the SECURE Act currently under consideration by Congress. All speakers will also participate in an interactive panel titled “Ask the Experts” to answer questions submitted by attendees.
