Trucker Huss, LLP is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 44th Annual TIPS Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA). The event is being held January 11-13, 2018 in Coral Gables, Florida.
Trucker Huss Director Joseph Faucher will serve on the panel: “ERISA ‘Hot Topics’ in Litigation/Retirement Focus” where plaintiff, defense, and in-house counsel will discuss “hot topics” and recent developments in ERISA litigation, including recent trends in service provider/401(k) fee litigation as well as an update on recent Supreme Court decisions. Trucker Huss will also participate as the sponsor of a special musical performance during the conference welcome reception.
