Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 45th Annual TIPS Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits being held January 17-19, 2019 in Coral Gables, Florida. The program focuses on the latest issues and trends in life insurance, health and disability insurance, employee benefits and ERISA.

During the conference, Trucker Huss Director Joseph C. Faucher will participate in the Panel “ERISA Hot Topics”. This session will present an update on recent developments in ERISA litigation, including recent trends in 401(k) plan fee litigation, the use of arbitration agreements in employee benefit plans,  and the status of claims involving company stock offered in 401(k) plans. The panel also will discuss recent developments regarding the use of ERISA Section 502(a)(3) to obtain remedies.
