Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Robert Gower has become a shareholder of the firm as of January 1, 2021. Gower has been with Trucker Huss since 2009, and a Director since 2017.

Gower concentrates his practice in fiduciary responsibility as well as tax-qualified retirement plan design, compliance, and administration. He routinely works with plan sponsors and fiduciaries of 401(k), profit-sharing, traditional defined benefit and cash balance plans. Gower has been recognized as a “Rising Star” and a 2020 “Super Lawyer” by the Northern California Super Lawyers publication. He was also awarded “Outstanding Volunteer” for his work with the Justice & Diversity Center (JDC) by the Bar Association of San Francisco.
