The American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section is hosting its annual meeting May 2-4, 2024, in Washington D.C.  The meeting is the Tax Section’s premier event and attendees learn from the country’s leading tax attorneys and government officials, discussing the latest federal, state, and local tax policies.

Mary Powell will present on the following panel during the event:

• Welfare Plan, EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues Update
  • During this subcommittee meeting, government representatives will provide an update on current projects, and practitioners will provide comments on pending federal legislation relating to pharmacy benefit managers.
