His benefit-related litigation experience runs the gamut, and includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability insurance plans, health insurance plans and life insurance plans. He is regularly sought after to write and speak about ERISA litigation issues.
