Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Joseph C. Faucher will serve as 2021-2022 Chair-Elect for the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), Employee Benefits Committee.

TIPS links plaintiff and defense attorneys with corporate, in-house counsel and insurers, with the intention of improving the American civil justice system. The organization is comprised of over 30 general committees, each focused on a fundamental practice area and each at the forefront of industry specific issues.

Faucher has been litigating ERISA matters and other employee benefit related cases for nearly 30 years. His ERISA litigation experience includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, defending ESOP fiduciaries, and representing plans and administrators in claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability insurance plans, health insurance plans and life insurance plans.
