Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Brad Huss will presented at the 2018 National Institute of Pension Administration (NIPA) Annual Forum & Expo “NAFE in Las Vegas, NV.
The event offered education exclusively to retirement plan professionals. Huss participated in two sections of the Forum:
- Retirement: Ask the Experts to answer questions on matters related to both defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans.
- Benefit Litigation: A Plaintiff’s Perspective vs. a Defendant’s Perspective to discuss recent court decisions involving ERISA, ACA and other benefit plan topics. The session included both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspectives to provide a unique opportunity to understand both sides.
Brad has been practicing in the employee benefits field for forty years, and his practice is primarily in the areas of ERISA litigation, fiduciary responsibility matters, qualified pension and profit sharing plans and Department of Labor investigations. He serves as a private mediator in ERISA litigation matters and has been appointed as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral in over sixty ERISA cases by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
