Trucker Huss Director Brad Huss presented the “Regulation and Litigation Update” at the Best of PLANSPONSOR National Conference event on November 27 in San Francisco. The half-day event was part of a roadshow following the national conference that was held in five cities, including Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Houston.

PLANSPONSOR takes its national conference on the road to bring plan sponsors and retirement plan advisers access to the key topics discussed at the national conference in June. Panelist discussions help plan sponsors craft plans that meet the needs of their unique work forces while implementing proper corporate governance that allows them to manage their fiduciary duties.

Brad has been practicing in the employee benefits field for forty years, and his practice is primarily in the areas of ERISA litigation, fiduciary responsibility matters, qualified pension and profit sharing plans and Department of Labor investigations. He serves as a private mediator in ERISA litigation matters and has been appointed as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral in over sixty ERISA cases by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
