Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that Adrine Cargill and Brian Murray have been named Directors of the firm, effective July 1, 2025.
Adrine concentrates her practice in the area of retirement plans and advises clients on issues regarding 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, money purchase pension plans, cash balance plans, and traditional defined benefit plans. She also regularly works with multiemployer plans and plans of tax-exempt entities, public schools, and universities, including 403(b) and 457 plans. Adrine serves on the Board of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and is a member of the American Bar Association and Western Pension & Benefits Council. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Northern California Super Lawyers publication since 2019.
Brian concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits, with a focus on ERISA litigation. He represents plan sponsors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in a wide range of employee benefits cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Brian counsels clients on a variety of matters, including fiduciary responsibility, operational corrections, and regulatory compliance. Brian is a thought leader in the industry and frequently writes and speaks on emerging issues in ERISA litigation and fiduciary law. He was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers publication from 2018 to 2023.
