Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce Director Kevin Nolt will serve as President of the Governing Board for the Western Pension & Benefits Council (WP&BC) effective July 1, 2020. Nolt was President-Elect of the WP&BC Governing Board for the past year, and previously held the position as President of the San Francisco Chapter of the WP&BC from 2017-2019.

The Governing Board provides guidance to and coordination between all ten chapters of the WP&BC, as well as partners with the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) in offering an annual conference for benefits professionals. WP&BC is recognized as the premier educational and professional organization in the western United States for the dynamic field of employee benefits.

Our local chapters have seen a shift in how they serve their members this year and my goal for the Governing Board is to support the local chapters to navigate these changing times so that they can continue to provide valuable education and networking to their members.” stated Nolt.

Nolt focuses his practice on qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit plans (both traditional and cash balance plans) and defined contribution plans (401(k), profit sharing, ESOPs and money purchase pension plans), and plans of tax exempt entities and public schools and universities, including 403(b) and 457 plans.
