Trucker Huss is pleased to announce Joelle Tavan has been promoted to Director and Sarah Bowen has been elevated to Counsel, effective January 1, 2026.
Joelle concentrates her practice on qualified retirement plans, including defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans, and plans of tax-exempt entities and public employers. Joelle advises public and private employers, as well as multiemployer trusts, on all aspects of the design, operation, and compliance of their tax-qualified retirement plans.
Sarah counsels employers and multiemployer trusts in all aspects of their employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Sarah has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Northern California Super Lawyers publication since 2021.
