The panel discussion, led by Michael Yochum of UBS Financial Services, will cover the new Department of Labor fiduciary ruling and fiduciary best practices and will navigate the tax implications, retirement planning nuances and financial rules affecting the retirement landscape.

Robert Gower will participate as the ERISA attorney on the panel and will provide insight into the changing laws surrounding this critical topic. Robert concentrates his practice in all aspects of tax-qualified retirement plan design, compliance, and administration.
