Kevin Nolt will co-present a program hosted by the ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (JCEB) and the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC) on June 3, 2026. The panel, When Audit Findings Become Legal Issues: Coordinating Between EBP Auditors and ERISA Counsel, will examine common issues encountered during plan audits, including eligibility errors, untimely remittances, operational failures, prohibited transactions, and other noncompliance issues.
