Mary will present in both the Employee Benefits Welfare Plans, EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues Subcommittee & Employment Tax Subcommittee and the Hot Topics Reaction Show. The Employee Benefits panel will cover recent litigation and regulatory activity impacting health and welfare plans and sponsoring employers.
