Mary Powell and Catherine Reagan will present Regulators, Litigators, and Fiduciaries: The Three-Front War Over Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Practices during the American Bar Association (ABA) TIPS National Insurance Symposium on October 16, 2026 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
