Shuying is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on employee benefits litigation. She represents plan sponsors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in disputes involving employee benefit plans, including benefits claims, fiduciary duty issues, and other matters arising under ERISA.
Before joining Trucker Huss, Shuying represented clients in complex commercial litigation and class actions in state and federal courts. Her experience spans a range of matters, including securities, antitrust, intellectual property, and other high-stakes business disputes.
Shuying is admitted to practice in California and New York. She also has legal training in China and experience advising on and litigating cross-border matters. During law school, she served as an extern to the Honorable Jane A. Restani of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
