Trucker Huss Director Elizabeth Loh Presents at ISCEBS Employee Benefits Symposium

Trucker Huss, APC is pleased to announce that Director Elizabeth Loh co-presented at the 36th Annual International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans hosted ISCEBS Employee Benefits Symposium with Brian Gilmore of ABD Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. on Health Savings Accounts. The symposium title was “Go all the Way with HSA—Everything HDHP/HSA You need to Know.” The Conference took place on Sunday, September 17 – Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in Denver, Colorado.

Elizabeth is a Director in the firm’s health and welfare practice. For the last ten years, her practice has focused on all aspects of health and welfare compliance (such as ERISA, HIPAA privacy and security, Internal Revenue Code Section 125 plans, COBRA, Medicare, USERRA, GINA, and HIPAA portability compliance). Most recently, Elizabeth has been active in assisting her clients navigate health care reform compliance.  She advises clients on plan design; drafting of plan documents; negotiating service provider agreements; handling DOL investigations; and benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions.
