Jeffrey returned to the firm in 2018 as the Information Technology Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in Legal Technology, Jeffrey is leading the firm through a complete technology and security overhaul. The firm is dedicated to moving the needle on their investment in best of breed technologies to better serve its clients.
Prior to coming back to the firm, Jeffrey was the Information Technology Director at a regional law firm located in the east bay. Jeffrey led a full technology infrastructure refresh and implemented effective workflow protocols to better respond to business initiatives. Even further back, Senior Consulting Engineer at Volant Consulting, a San Francisco-based consulting firm that delivered technology solutions and services to a diverse array of businesses, including Trucker Huss. Jeffrey consulted for more than 5 years at Trucker Huss, while also working with estate planning and high stakes litigation firms. Jeffrey has more than 18 years of experience in a mix of both service provider and law firm experience in the legal technology industry.
Jeffrey is an active member and participant in the International Legal Technology Association where he serves as a senior member of the Relationship Coordinating Team. The team selects, mentors and coaches volunteers who focus on supporting and filling the needs of members at a local level. Jeffrey has served as the local Member Liaison in the East Bay enhancing value to law firm and law department members for relationships, education, and collaboration. The member liaisons assist members in building relationships with each other and the organization and act as an advocate on their behalf to the organization. Jeffrey has spoken at ILTA’s annual conferences and in local conferences and meetings, as well as participated in a number of content projects.
