Ms. Letellier has extensive experience in ERISA litigation. She regularly
represents plan sponsors and plan fiduciaries in complex employee benefits
litigation and class actions, including claims of breach of fiduciary duty, plan
asset misappropriation, and wrongful denial of benefits. Ms. Letellier also has
experience in litigating withdrawal liability claims. Her non-litigation
practice includes counseling employers on fiduciary obligations and benefit
claims management.
Ms. Letellier has co-authored the 2009-2011 ERISA Litigation chapters
for the ABA’s Annual Review of Developments in Business and Corporate
Litigation.
After completing law school, Ms. Letellier clerked for Justice Warren
Matthews of the Alaska Supreme Court (Sept. 2003- Sept. 2004).
