Jennifer practices in the areas of employee benefits and ERISA litigation.  She focuses her practice primarily on qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans.  She assists clients with drafting plan documents, SPDs and amendments of such plans; analyzing plan administrative issues; reviewing and drafting qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs); preparing IRS submissions; resolving questions regarding compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code; and addressing various litigation issues.

Prior to joining Trucker Huss, Jennifer worked at Protected Investors of America as a registered investment advisor and registered securities principal.
