Ms. Loh?s practice primarily focuses on health and welfare plans and qualified retirement plans. She works with clients regarding plan administrative issues; plan, SPD and amendment drafting; service provider agreement reviews; COBRA and HIPAA compliance; and a variety of health and welfare plan matters.

Prior to joining Trucker Huss, Elizabeth worked as an employee benefits tax consultant and previously as an associate at a prominent law firm where her practice focused on qualified retirement plan and executive compensation matters. Elizabeth also worked for the U.S. Department of Labor-Office of the Solicitor Plan Benefits Security Division, where she focused on ERISA fiduciary matters.
