Mr. Su concentrates his practice in the areas of health and welfare plans and qualified retirement plans. He assists clients with a variety of health and welfare plan matters; drafting plan documents, amendments and SPDs; analyzing plan administrative and fiduciary issues; preparing submissions to the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor; resolving ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance issues; and advising clients with respect to benefit plan appeals. In addition, Mr. Su represents retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and plan fiduciaries in investigations commenced by the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.
